Kate has worked for the company since 2006. After graduating and prior to joining Biogen, Kate worked as an Environment Officer for the Environment Agency for three years. Kate is actively involved in industry groups and has and continues to play a key role in the development and implementation of industry specific standards such as PAS 110.
Amongst other business objectives Kate and her team have a number of key responsibilities including: obtaining and maintaining environmental permits, animal health approvals, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, CEEQUAL and PAS 100/110, ensuring that quality, environmental and safety standards are upheld throughout all of Biogen’s operations.
