Graeme Vincent
Operations Director
Graeme’s background is in highly regulated, customer focused and commercial environments, driving continuous improvement in safety standards and operational performance. Prior to joining Biogen in 2010, he spent 23 years in the chemical process industry, working on major hazard installations in technical, operations and plant manager roles.
He is now responsible for all of Biogen’s site operations, including safety and environmental performance, leading the sustained improvements on plant efficiency and cost effectiveness.
He has a BSc in Chemistry, a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, and a range of industry training including ICI Hazard & Operability Study Leader.
