BiogenGreenfinch strategy
BiogenGreenfinch’s strategy is to develop a national network of at least 10 AD plants over the next 5-6 years.
We are targeting a range of opportunities that will deliver a strong and diverse portfolio of profitable plants that we will design, build and operate. These are:
- Local Authority Led Opportunities: Plants developed on the basis of secure long term contracts to process Local Authority food waste.
- Merchant Led Opportunities: Plants developed to process food waste from a range of local and national commercial and industrial sources to deliver a lower risk diverse revenue model.
- Partner Led Opportunities: Plants built on the basis of strategic partnerships with key market players that can deliver a superior risk adjusted return
- Strategic 3rd Party Sales: Limited sales of plants (with ongoing Operating and Maintenance contracts) to 3rd party customers where BiogenGreenfinch sees strategic value
